The Rules:

1. For a cost of £5 per month (i.e. per draw) you will be allocated a number between 1 & 100.

2. For a cost of £50 per school year you have the opportunity to select a number between 1 & 100 if not already taken.

3. A draw will be made every month with a 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize.

4. The prizes will total 50% of the total income for that month.

5. This will be apportioned as: 1st prize of 30%, 2nd prize of 15% and 3rd prize of 5%.

6. The 100 Club is a private lottery and is open to all parents, carers, staff and friends of Bathford Primary School. Anyone age 16 or over can join.

7. Entries are limited to two per household.

8. Payments must be made by bank transfer by 18th of each month for monthly tickets.

9. Member’s numbers will only be entered if their subscription is up to date and payment has been received.

10. If a member has no valid reason for missing a payment, their number may be sold to someone on the reserve list.

11. The draw for each month will be made at School in the presence of at least three people including one FOBS committee member.

12. The winning cheques will be posted to the address on your membership application within one week of the draw.

13. The name and numbers for each month’s winners will be posted in the school newsletter and on the FOBS website – www.friendsofbathfordschool.org.uk

14. The 100 Club will be run by FOBS. In case of any dispute the decision of the FOBS Committee is final.

15. Unless otherwise advised, a member will be deemed to have left the 100 Club if his/her subscription renewal remains unpaid for a period of one month.

16. If a winner cannot be contacted, the winnings will be placed into FOBS funds after six months.

17. If the winning number is not allocated, or payment is not up to date, the winnings will be placed into FOBS funds.
